Video: Defying Stereotypes In Oshiete! Galko-chan

Sometimes YouTube recommends me good things. Today it gave me this great little video by BestGuyEver which goes over how Oshiete! Galko-chan defies stereotypes and shows us how to get closer to our fellow man. Worth a watch if I do say so myself!

Check it out after the break!

Very nice message but a lot of swearing which is not my preference. I like the idea of a show demonstrating the error of assumptions just through how the characters turn out. It is good to have a reminder even if one already knows the error.
In my view, it seems today that this lesson is drowning. People have groups and dress and act for group conformity, and it is like everybody is auditing everybody else from a distance so they can decide either to engage them or write them off as part of a group to be ridiculed. This inclusiveness/exclusiveness via sets of ideological criteria is anathema to individuality. The kind of person who tries not to assume is the enemy of every group for failing to ally themselves with and fight for any of their objectives.
