30-Second CM and Key Visual for “Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable” Live Action Film

The live-action film adaptation of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable has received a 30-second promotional video and key visual. The video previews the actors and some of the scenes to expect in the film. If you’re already familiar with the series, then these small clips will hopefully excite you!

The cast includes Kento Yamazaki as Josuke Higashikata, Ryunosuke Kamiki as Hirose Koichi, Nana Komatsu as Yamagishi Yukako, Masaki Okada as Nijimura Keicho, Mackenyu as Nijimura Okuyasu, Takayuki Yamada as Katagiri Anjuro, Alisa Mizuki as Tomoko Higashikata, Jun Kunimura as Ryohei Higashikata, and Yusuke Iseya as Jotaro Kujo.

The film will open in Japanese theaters on August 4.

New PV and Cast for “Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul” TV Anime

The official website for the Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul (Rage of Bahamut: Virgin Soul) television anime has released a new promotional video and additional cast member list!

The video previews the series’ opening and ending themes, “LET iT END” by SiM and “Haikei Goodbye Sayonara” by DAOKO, as well as the beautiful animation and scenery expected from this season. Maaya Sakamoto will be voicing Sofiel, Yasuhiro Mamiya will be voicing Dias, and Kenshou Ono will be voicing Allesand. The character Mugaro has received an anime design, but no voice actor has been announced yet.

Funimation describes the synopsis of the series below:

“Two thousand years ago, the black-and-silver-winged dragon, Bahamut, terrorized the magical land of Mistarcia. The humans, god, and demons that inhabited the land united forces against the fiend and sealed its power into a key which was split in two, one half protected by gods and the other protected by demons. Now, Mistarcia is a peaceful realm – until a human woman steals the god’s half of the key.”

Shingeki no Bahamut: Virgin Soul, season 2 of Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis, will begin airing on April 7.

PV Released for “Renai Boukun” Anime Adaptation

The first promotional video for the Renai Boukun anime adaptation has been released!

The promotional video shows off the series’ voice actors as well as the opening and ending themes, “Love? In Love? He is a tyrant!” by Wake Up, Girls! and “Suki wo Oshiete” by smileY inc. Kenshou Ono voices Seiji Aino, Yoshino Aoyama voices Guri, Manami Numakura voices Akane Hiyama, Yuki Nagano voices Yuzu Kichougasaki, and Yumi Hara voices Shikimi Shiramine. Renai Boukun began as a manga series published through the Comic Meteor website by Mihoshi Megane in May 2012.

“A Kiss Note is a powerful notebook that makes anyone who has their name written together will instantly fall in love if they kiss each other regardless of any circumstances. This magical and very familiar item belongs to an angel named Guri whose job as cupid is to create couples. However, she accidentally writes down Aino Seiji, a regular high school student, and unless he kisses someone, Guri will die. She convinces Seiji to go kiss his crush, Hiyama Akane, the school’s popular girl who turns out has even stronger feelings for him, bordering on obsessive and psychotic. Eventually Akane and Seiji come together but not before Guri decides that she likes Seiji as well. What seems awesome to most guys becomes hell for Seiji who just wants a normal relationship with girls.”

Renai Boukun will begin airing on April 6.

Aqours’ “Happy Party Train” PV Released

The animated PV for Aqours’ new single, “Happy Party Train”, has been released! The song features all nine members of the group with Kanan Matsuura at the center.

The regular CD will feature 4 songs, “Happy Party Train”, “Sky Journey”, “Shoujo Ijou no Koi ga Shitai”, and “Happy Party Train (off vocal)”, as well as 3 drama pieces, “Danketsu! Watashitachi no Sabaibaru” (“Unite! Our Survival”), “Kaiki Mayonaka no Misuterii” (“Strange! Midnight Mystery”), and “Kiseki! Mirai e no Torejaa” (“Miracle! A Treasure to the Future”). The Blu-ray/DVD will feature the full animated PV and is priced at 3,000 yen before tax (about $26.18) for the Blu-Ray and 2,000 yen before tax (about $17.45) for the DVD.

The single will be released on April 5.

“No Game No Life” Film Gets 30-Second CM

A 30-second commercial has been released for the No Game No Life -Zero- film! This film will adapt the events of the 6th light novel in the series. The television anime series only adapted content up to volume 3.

Atsuko Ishizuka is directing the film, Jukki Hanada is in charge of the script, Satoshi Tazaki is the character designer, and MADHOUSE is the animation production studio.

The film will open in theaters sometime in 2017.

A key visual and second promotional video have been released for the Hinako Note television anime adaptation. The video previews the main cast’s voice actors and the series’ opening theme, “A E I U E O Ao! (あ・え・い・う・え・お・あお!)”, sung by Mao Ichimichi (Hinako Sakuragi’s voice actress), Miyu Tomita (Kuina Natsukawa’s voice actress), Yui Ogura (Mayuki Hiiragi’s voice actress), Hisako Tojo (Chiaki Ogino’s voice actress), and Marika Kouno (Yua Nakajima’s voice actress).

“Hinako lives in the countryside and is poor at speaking. She wants to improve her speech to be able to talk to people fluently, so she moves to Tokyo and plans to join the drama club in high school. When she arrives, however, it turns out her boarding house is a secondhand bookstore, and a beautiful girl who eats books lives there.”

Hinako Note will premiere on April 7.

“Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid” Character Song Mini-Album Previewed

A preview video has been uploaded for the Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid character song mini-album! The 5-minute video shows off a small clip of each of the six songs: one song for each of the voice actresses for Tohru, Kanna, Quetzalcoatl, and Elma, and two duets sung by Tohru and Kanna’s voice actresses and Tohru and Elma’s voice actresses.

The album will be available on March 15 and is priced at 2,600 yen (roughly $23.18) plus tax.

“Koisuru Shirokuma” Gets 1st PV

The first promotional video for the upcoming Koisuru Shirokuma anime adaptation has been released! The 1-minute video previews the two main character’s voices and gives a small glimpse of the dynamic between them. Natsuki Hanae will be voicing Azarashi (the seal) and Yuuichirou Umehara will be voicing Shirokuma (the polar bear). Koisuru Shirokuma, or Polar Bear in Love, began as a web manga back in December 2014 by Koromo.

“A polar bear falls in love with an earless seal, and he wants nothing else except to protect him, even though the seal constantly thinks the bear will eat him.”

The anime will begin airing on March 4.
